FILSERV was established in 1999 and offers decades of combined experience in the vacuum industry. We are pleased to be able to offer a very responsive approach to customer requests with flexibility and fast delivery being key factors in our operation.
FILSERV manufactures a range of ionisation gauge heads for OEM customers, plus replacement filaments for these and older, obsolescent gauge heads.
FILSERV also makes a range of iridium and tungsten filaments for mass spectrometry, surface science and X-ray sources many of which are coated with thorium or yttrium oxide to improve electron emission. A complete filament manufacturing service is offered or customers’ own filaments can be coated to their specification. Rhenium and platinum filaments can also be supplied.
Due to its large usage of iridium, FILSERV is able to offer iridium wire and strip filaments at very competitive prices.
