ASSEMBLY AND INSPECTION

FILSERV production staff have more than 20 years experience in the production and repair of ionisation gauge heads and filaments.

All filaments are examined at 40x magnification to ensure the finished quality of the wire and integrity of any coating.

All gauges and feedthroughs where appropriate, are helium leak tested to 10 e^-9 mbar.

Thorium oxide and yttrium oxide coatings are available and filaments can be vacuum annealed on request.
